100 Miles A Day Late

I cried again today.  In the car on the way home.  I don't know what sparked it.  I just cried.  And then I went to the gym where I promptly got on the treadmill to run out my emotions.  My lovely workout partner scared the daylights out of me at one point when she came up to my treadmill to say hello.  And then she asked if I was getting to 100 today.  I said that I probably wasn't because that was 5 miles and I didn't think I had time for that.  Well...

I am so glad I have her in my life.  She is the voice in my head telling me to keep going when I really want to quit.  She's gotten me through more tough workouts than I can name.  And she got me to 100 miles today.  A day late, but better than never.

Then I went upstairs to circuit because it's Wednesday and my trainer had us do the card workout from The Biggest Loser.  Which is an awesome workout, but not so awesome after a 5 mile run.  She also had us run down the street and back which is about a mile for our warm up.  I was tired by the end of it.

Sneaking pictures of myself at the gym has become my new favorite hobby.

Don't worry, Ace means 10 of each one.  I think I did 9000 burpees.

I'm not sure I remembered how to drive.

My workouts did the tick and took my mind off of the end of the week fast approaching.  Luckily I have an amazing support system and have sub jobs lined up for next week and beyond.  It still doesn't change the fact that I am so sad about leaving my classroom family.

Dinner was a random assortment of items.

And Milo was there to help me eat it.  He's the best dog in the entire world.
