It's terrifying and sad. Luckily, my neighborhood isn't too bad, but for my longer runs, I have to leave the neighborhood. And that story would definitely be enough to keep me inside on the treadmill for a 20-miler!!!NotRachemhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05535369819272842179noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2333758788472618851.post-17310961940925397352013-07-23T07:51:11.772-07:002013-07-23T07:51:11.772-07:00Hahaha, thank you. I know I could be going faster on the road.NotRachemhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05535369819272842179noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2333758788472618851.post-43865659040229320232013-07-23T07:50:19.510-07:002013-07-23T07:50:19.510-07:00I have no idea how I do it, honestly! I think the bouncy aspect is why I stick to magazines and not books that I really need to pay attention to! :-DNotRachemhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05535369819272842179noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2333758788472618851.post-84856408608697664722013-07-23T06:06:40.605-07:002013-07-23T06:06:40.605-07:00I can't believe the pedestrian rate in your ar...I can't believe the pedestrian rate in your area!
When you come to NY, we will run outside :)
Heatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04975156527926120864noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2333758788472618851.post-29562253858269593252013-07-22T14:50:59.479-07:002013-07-22T14:50:59.479-07:00Wow, your pedestrian accident rate is terrifying! ...Wow, your pedestrian accident rate is terrifying! I'm glad you're safe and treadmilling it. I did a 20-miler on the treadmill once because it was an icy, blizzardy mess outside. I was training for Boston and had just read a Runner's World story about a woman who ran on an icy day, broke her leg, and had to miss her first Boston. I was scared and treadmilled it. So I feel your pain!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2333758788472618851.post-35677225088956464542013-07-22T09:34:41.078-07:002013-07-22T09:34:41.078-07:00Bless your soul for surviving 70+ minutes of runni...Bless your soul for surviving 70+ minutes of running on a treadmill.
